You need someone to tell you how to be grateful to Allah? The one who gave you life, health sight, hearing, voice, mind. The one who feeds you, clothes you, shelters you? Isra Mehru you dont need to be perfectly grateful. Just being generally grateful is enough and by the will of Allah it will lead to greater gratefulness.

She answered simply, it was never between me and them it was always between me and god. I knew this was profound but when I implemented it into my life it was a struggle I had to remind myself constantly. The part where he mentioned that the distance between us & Allah (swt) is so large, that it humbles us which doesn’t even allow us to compare ourselves to others because we are all the same in that regard & how we are all buried under all of His blessings..and how every good deed is an opportunity given by Allah (swt) as a gift which should humble us even further..honestly, these are some of the most beautiful things I’ve ever learnt about the Qur’an. I am suffering from a devil whispers in my chest, my chest and heart got tightened, breath and ziker become so difficult and all of sudden i am become ugly arrogant and unable to offer and gratefulness in my life. After ruqya something hot air evaporates my whole body and all of sudden i don't even recall how ungrateful i was. I am become so much grateful to allah and and goes on repeating all over again. I have understood every sin that he made decorated for me in the past but war is not over yet. I am clearly feeling dark force and force of light fighting with eachother. Pls my ummah stop commiting sins and pull yourself out of sins and also pray for me for my permanent cure.

If I can offer one more tip that has recently been illuminated for me. Ramadan is a great way to learn your weaknesses in a safe environment as he is chained. Whatever you have a hard time letting go of during that month or things that you feel drawn to during Ramadan that are haram, those are your innate weaknesses. So after Ramadan, be more mindful of how the devil calls you to those desires and humiliate him by not responding to his calls. He will not know how to attack you if he finds you firm in faith and in a state of repentance. When he can’t get to you, he will then get to those around you…be prepared for war from those around you by responding with love. He is sick of me 😂 I study his psychology too…he’s not that smart, he’s actually pretty simple and his minions are more dense than him. So as long as you are able to repent & thank Allah for His guidance and forgiveness as you learn to let go of your ego’s desires, he won’t win. I relish in humiliating him when he attacks. May Allah make your path back to Him gracious ❤

I have understood every sin that he made decorated for me in the past but war is not over yet. I am clearly feeling dark force and force of light fighting with eachother. Pls my ummah stop commiting sins and pull yourself out of sins and also pray for me for my permanent cure.

If I can offer one more tip that has recently been illuminated for me. Ramadan is a great way to learn your weaknesses in a safe environment as he is chained. Whatever you have a hard time letting go of during that month or things that you feel drawn to during Ramadan that are haram, those are your innate weaknesses. So after Ramadan, be more mindful of how the devil calls you to those desires and humiliate him by not responding to his calls. He will not know how to attack you if he finds you firm in faith and in a state of repentance. When he can’t get to you, he will then get to those around you…be prepared for war from those around you by responding with love. He is sick of me 😂 I study his psychology too…he’s not that smart, he’s actually pretty simple and his minions are more dense than him. So as long as you are able to repent & thank Allah for His guidance and forgiveness as you learn to let go of your ego’s desires, he won’t win. I relish in humiliating him when he attacks.
