Rise is good, but its development was really hit by Covid. Sunbreak is so much better though, one of the best expansions ever made.

One thing that you forgot to mention is the lack of effort that is put on the maps. It looks like the developers just copied and pasted the same design onto grass, water, and mountains which is kind of a let down because Monster Hunter World did really fantastic job with the locales. Great video and deserves more views :)
