Starwars doesn't have entire country culture support since it starwar kinda split due to startrek, while wukong is extremely meaningful nostalgia not just for entire China but other countries. So the population is way larger. History wise it is twice older than USA. And have more profound Buddhistic theme built in on top of the fantasy. It is also the inspiration of countless references and adaptation of western media/game. I'm not knocking starwars, the difference to fans are small so still a good comparison.

Hearing this made me remember when I was 4 years old, my father brought home a DVD reader and a disc of the 1986 Journey to the West adaption. I spent all days watching the show. Journey to the West has always been one of my most favorite shows. Now, seeing a game that is heavily inspired by my childhood's favorite show gives me goosebumps. It relives my memory of imagining myself as The Monkey King.
Every Chinese child has watched Journey to the West on TV since they were young, and Sun Wukong is our great hero. It's great to see this game released

I assure you that the film will appear on VTV2 soon after other films. This is so good, I literally got goosebump listening to this masterpiece. Every now and then, I still watch the old film series and the quality is the GOAT. Not to mention the books aswell, after so many times reading the story in the library, it's time for me to actually buy those books. This will be my favourite game for quite a while :)
Unfortunately Journey to the West was not part of my childhood but this tune still manages to send chills down to my spine. Makes me want to read the unabridged story from start to finish. Unfortunately there is no translation in my native language but I kinda wish that release of the game inspires someone to take on that job to translate it, because let's face it, story of Wukong has inspired so many different things in animations and comics that it deserves to be translated to more languages.

I assure you that the film will appear on VTV2 soon after other films. This is so good, I literally got goosebump listening to this masterpiece. Every now and then, I still watch the old film series and the quality is the GOAT. Not to mention the books aswell, after so many times reading the story in the library, it's time for me to actually buy those books. This will be my favourite game for quite a while :)

Unfortunately Journey to the West was not part of my childhood but this tune still manages to send chills down to my spine. Makes me want to read the unabridged story from start to finish. Unfortunately there is no translation in my native language but I kinda wish that release of the game inspires someone to take on that job to translate it, because let's face it, story of Wukong has inspired so many different things in animations and comics that it deserves to be translated to more languages.

As much as I loved the Elden Ring DLC, one, it’s a DLC and two, this game was an absolute masterpiece. Easily deserves goty in my opinion.
