    I really appreciate that they have the possibility of someone getting called for a double dribble in this game. It adds a real element of the NBA. No game should resort to predictable occurrences or outcomes of a video game, that real-life element is crucial.

    It's just rough, I play on the same difficulty and the game be cheesin, your team just doesn't defend on hall of fame. You just have to do your best to force turnovers, lock up your match-up, play help D, and score on almost every possession. But even if you do all of that the game still wants to cheese you and take the win away from you. Smoove I feel your pain bro!!! But even if you play it out and lose the series, major props and respect regardless, they need to fix this mode on hall of fame.

    Since Smoove started playing before the first roster update, they had their full team. No injuries. K-Love had like an 89 rating and Brandon Roy had 80. They had a playoff team. As for beating the Thunder, that is CRAZY.

    I know lol.. What's funny is that Kobe's biggest plays in the playoffs (outside of clutch shots) are assists. See: Kobe to Shaq vs Blazers , and Kobe's spin and pass back to Gasol vs Magic in 2009. One of the best passes I've ever seen was Kobe's pass to Turiaf vs Warriors.

    We don't wanna watch cheese though. If Smoove desired to get 100 points in a game he could. But the majority of the viewers don't want that. It's impressive that he can play realistic and still win. Keep it up Chris!

    hey smoove here's a tip, when Kobe or Steve is going up for a layup sprint and press the block button and if your lucky you will break their wrist. it helped me win the finals in 2k11 when i broke Mario and Dwayne's wrists. i know it sounds brutal and unfair but it works. it has to be a SG or a PG though because if its a foward or center it wont work.

    I'm anxious to see 100% healthy Dwight. I believe in that guy who predominantly led the Magic to the Finals after beating the Celtics and the Lebron-Led Cavs on the road to the '09 Finals. I believe he has the potential to be an even better player than that guy was.

    tips: for easy threes, run a play called floppy base, money play all the time. Also, to play without fatigue on, you have to go to the main menu at the start of the game, go to optoins, choose game settings and then turn of fatigue. NOTE: only applies to my player if you change it before you start your my career, even before the rookie, sophmore game.

    idk if you play the game or play on hof. especially with great teams, their shooting percentage will be guaranteed 50%+. And you really have to do everything in terms of scoring and setting up teammates. Whatever button you press, The defense reacts at the same time as your myplayer.
    It definitely gets overlooked b/c smoove doesn't talk about it, but I don't think people forget how good he is at the game...
    whats really surprising is how calm chris

  • @DarrickGathright
    @DarrickGathright 11 років тому

    You have to realize in sports that everything is not controllable. I believe that 2k emphasizes that element fairly well in this game. You're not always going to get a clean rebound, jumper, steal, block, screen, or pass. Things happen variably because every possession stands on it's own. Yes games are designed to be conquered, but the variable element is key to keeping it fair and free from syndication.

    The problem isn't so much that the CPU runs back too early to the open man after a pass, but rather that the CPU starts running back to his manas soon as you press the pass button. By the time the pass animation is over and the ball gets to the open man, that's at least 1 second, and the CPU is there.

    he uses all the aspects of the game, like calling plays and picks and so on... but the game is easily manipulated, I play the same length because of smooves video's and I'm able to get 100 point double doubles... that being said smoove is a beast all round, his steals are ridiculous but I feel like he sacrifices having monster stats for realism and enjoyment.
