This is exactly what I expected when I first heard Bambi. I had no idea Saay was one of the producers at first but I just knew from the first listen that it was her work.
I loved how she wrote it, I loved how Baekhyun didn’t change it, that he adapted to her take and still made it his own. It’s shows how much he trusted her process, her sound in the way she sung it, that he was confident to portraying it in her light and his own all at the same time. Because there are a lot of song writers that have their songs changed up so much that you have to wonder what was liked about it in the first place when they make it almost unrecognizable. This shows trust and respect. And I love to see it.
