This was so very helpful! I’m waiting on a new head to be delivered as the one I received *new* two weeks ago has feed dog issues, jamming issues, stitch length issues etc. No good instruction manual other than a xeroxed set of papers. I was so discouraged. I just want to sew! It’s my first industrial. I’m praying this one works out!
I love the bottle hack when changing the oil, I’ll definitely give it a try. I do have a similar one two lion 9500 i guess The head is super heavy trust me, I remember couple of time that i had to take it to a care center because they screwed the side very tightly and we couldn’t unsrew it 😂 But it’s worth the price honestly
I have a question and i would appreciate it alot if you kindly share your experience. How do you deal with body pains after sewing or when sewing for long hours? I mean like back pain, headache, eyes, how do you copy? Have you experienced that before?
It’s usually a sign that I’ve been working for too long in poor posture. I make sure to do lots of stretches targeted at those pains points the next day. I know that using the right type of chair and table contributes to this as well. For example my cutting table is my dining table, which is too low for me.
The inside of my industrial Sewing machine is rusting, causing the oil to to turn brown. What do I do? As I stitch, the sound of the machine is not nice at all

Thankyou for showing us how to do this Priscilla. I am planning to clean mine shortly & this is very helpful.
Glad it was helpful!
Very Informative, thank you. Kindly do another one for Industrial overlock - cleaning or servicing.
I've thought of getting one but I decided I should wait or rethink since I am only sewing for myself. Thank you for the informative video. ❤

Industrial machines are heavy for sure, they are meant to be heavy duty. I know the two lion brand, it’s quite popular in Nigeria
The pan that holds the oil will lift out. I remember when I was installing mine. I just set it in.
This was so helpful thank you Kim Dave always the best
You are so welcome!
Thank you for sharing these tips. Would these work for the Singer 195D? The process looks a bit intimidating

We’re can I get the oil I have and old juki industrial sawing machine please 🙏
I have the same machine but for some reason it started to skip threading! I’ve switch the needles but it didn’t seem to help. Has this happen to you?
Have you tried re threading it. Sometimes maybe one step was missed?
