For me, the perfectionism slowly started fading with age. I found more confidence comes with each year, realized my worth and just became comfortable with who I am. You start seeing all the other women around you and how strong each individual is. You start to see that we are all in the same boat and doing our best. And I don't think it's bad at all to have that perfectionism, it keeps you going! But if you are worrying about it too much, it can over take your brain. You're doing great and you always look amazing!

For me I get sunburned extremelyyyy quick, and I’m talking less than 15 minutes when the UV is high, but I like to get my 10 ish minutes a day of sun rays for the vitamin d so that UV would be perfect for that. Getting the good nutrients from the sun without the sun damage, especially if I didn’t get out to do it before 10am or after 5pm.
Avia, we love you for YOU! Not only are you absolutely beautiful even when you have no makeup on or you’re working out, etc. but your personality is key. Every video I watch is full of comments talking about how you are changing people’s mindsets and how much of a bright light and ray of sunshine you are.
