BarçaAllday hes the bron of the MLS. So many finals and so many lost but he never gives up. (Obviously a huge skill gap.)

This team has truly changed this league and how football in America is perceived. They are by far one of the best teams in this region. After the city starved for a championship for 23 years, Atlanta United brought it home in just their second year of existence.

Isaac Urias you guys are the ones who are getting European players that are already famous. Atlanta United are getting young South American players with tons of potential that they know can go to Europe with development, this is helping the league, LA Galaxy’s tactic of getting old washed up players even though it’s entertaining for the fans makes the league drop to a smaller version like 2.0, MLS is at 3.0 because of Atlanta United

@Moderator III Silverbacks FC had some years where attendance was very very good. I was there when they went on a US Open Cup run and beat 2 out 3 MLS opponents. I was at the loss to the Chicago Fire and a couple thousand people packed Re/Max Park. It was electric. The Soccer Bowl against the New York Cosmos was similar. The league matches however were generally poorly attended.
Atlanta United makes MLS games worth watching. Every game they play in is a real treat. 🍫
I was there to see that MLS Cup victory in person!!! The atmosphere was electric and the emotional impact that it carried was felt everywhere!!! ATLANTA UNITED 2018 MLS CUP CHAMPIONS!!!!!🏆

By far the greatest video that I have seen on UA-cam. All the years of being called a choker and a loser living in Atlanta. All those years mean nothing to me anymore. MAN THIS WILL GIVE YOU ALL THE FEELS, as a lifelong Braves, Falcons & Hawks fan I kept telling myself this ATL team would find a way not to win too... not because they didn't have the ability & talent, but because here it's very difficult to let yourself fully believe in your team 1000%... even at the brink of the top or seemingly inevitable title (see Braves / 28-3 / UGA ) going back home they find a way to fall short & miss the chance.., we will spin it in a way that still points to "progress" bein made or some silver lining to it all,.. a tactic to numbness... the fans showed up, the city showed up, the squad showed up and we finally have our ⭐️

As a person that went to every FSU football home game for the first 14 years of their life, grew up on Atlanta Brave baseball and pro basketball, later discovering MMA on my own in 1998, soccer is the greatest sport on the planet. Whether it's women's football, EPL or MLS, it doesn't matter, it's always amazing.

What I like about Atlanta is that they continue to want to be better than what they were last year. While my team Seattle is satisfied with the roster we have
LOL... Sounders have made the playoffs every year they have been in MLS. They have been to 4 MLS Cup finals in 6 years. (winning 2) They are the CCL Champions. Yeah... that is satisfied with staying with the roster they have. (I would be too...)
Seriously, the Sounders have put together the best roster top to bottom (and bench) of any team in MLS. Yes, it has been tight, because they have had so much success. They have had to play kids as part of that depth. The salary cap does not allow them to go out and sign replacements when key players get injuries.
@@Golfnut_2099 my point is that we can be essentially unbeatable with 3-4 quality signings. Atlanta before were signing stars like Barco, Pity, Araujo year after year while Seattle hasn't signed anyone significant after Joao Paulo

Being a founding member for United, that was easily the most nerve-racking game I have ever seen, when you’re in the stands there, you’re really never thinking that you’re going to win that game. When the finial whistle blew, I got emotional because I realized that that game would forever change soccer for the south. This video shows that really his is truly a great video

The sad thing about this amazing Atlanta United team is that it was clear from the get go that they were playing soccer/football at a level never before seen in North America and that meant that on the 2019 season their best players would be gone and possibly their amazing coach.
I do believe that it will be years before we see another club playing such high quality soccer.

Kevin Escobar I think some of the Brazilian clubs or boca juniors/river plate are also pretty big, Atlanta is probabley better rn cus they have newer infrastructure and larger crowds and good players but those clubs do have a lot of history and produced a lot of top talent for the world

Kenneth Ch lol thanks for making the conversion. It’s now season 2020. Covid19 has us on hold but the first two weeks were outstanding. We’re a young soccer nation with a league that’s growing at a record pace. Even if we’re not yet as good as the top leagues you have to admire the growth and the weekly competitiveness of games.
