I am a 27 year old runner from South Australia. I focus on long distance trail running and have completed 10 ultra marathons since I took up running 3 years ago after having a long history of chronic ilness. I wanted to combine my love of running and documenting things and the result is me making these videos/vlogs about my training, races, opinions and experiences as well as some of my everyday life outside of running.

Weird question but...do you have any different bedding apart from the black and white stripes? Caught you watching Jamil in this episode, funny how we all end up watching the same pool of artists. Really enjoying an Aussie perspective.

Love your vlogs.. dude . ur creativity and filmmaking .. as a runner I get inspired by wht u do.. but also I get inspired by way u film these and the thought process that goes into the editing and putting it all together

FloNo Trail in Victoria mate about 2 and a half hours from melb. Great running I would of loved to make a better video but it was a bit of a rushed trip. Planning to go back again soon and camp the night
how do you like the new watch now that you've had a chance to test it? I have the Garmin 235 and really like it. HR and snatch watch notifications are handy
Run Films Connect I've only ran with it 3 times but it seems ok but to be honest I think I like my ambit 3 better it's simple and does everything I need. I like the hr but it doesn't seem very accurate and all the notifications drove me nuts after a few hours and I turned them all off!
I decided to only let text messages come through. HR is usually accurate for me except during repeats/hills when there are sudden changes. I'll send you my favorite display screen you can download
