EGG FRIED RICE RECIPE
* Ingredients:
- 2 cups boiled basmati rice
- 5 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 small chopped onion
- 3 stalks of green onion (whites and greens separated)
- 3 whole eggs
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1/2 tbsp chicken powder
- 1/2 tbsp white pepper powder
