This video made me realize how unhappy I've been lately. The beautiful landscape, wonderful evening, hanging out with friends worrying about nothing and the great music to top it off.. It has some sort of a nostalgic (and at the same time, a bit melancholic) feeling to it... I feel like I unlocked a part of my mind that had been locked for a long time! I am so happy I found this masterpiece, thank you!

The thing is Chris, i think your sets definitely deserve to make you a very famous dj, but then i see in you in a setting like this, and i just want you to stay as anonymous as you can be because your sets suit these casual feelgood settings so much better than a big crowd. What can i tell you, it's a true paradox, but goddamn i love your sets, and they just seem to keep coming ;) Cheers man!
a good avenue for money these days is in having a youtube channel with something fresh. artists are adapting to suite these new avenues of income. lets face it, the days of big name dj's like fatboy slim are behind us, every kid is a dj nowadays, so lots of peeps go unnoticed, youtube changes that if you can deliver the sound in a new kind of way and technology has enabled that in the way of more versatile decks and fast internet etc

I love this. Everything about it. People just hanging out like old school at a park and enjoying each others company, vibing to house without a care in the world. Those days are sadly long gone in the states. Glad you are keeping this alive, Chris!
@@SHOW96HH It is sad. Most strangers these days don't like to socialize with one another and embrace each other's company. I'm not speaking to that definitively, but it at least seems that way.
@@montoya727 It might be a little more difficult to find environments like these in the USA, but it's not that they're gone. You just have to spend some time seeking them out. Ever since I listened to the highway house mix you will always have a special place in my heart Mr. Chris Luno, may your tunes go onto bless many others. Love from Canada 🇨🇦
My first thought was "why does he stay on the same song for so long?" Then 30 minutes in I realized it's a vibe, and he shouldn't rush anything just to show off or anything. A chill setting, complimented by a DJ with a sense of what is needed. That is actually hard to find nowadays, great set, I enjoyed it very much! :)
A lot of DJ sets that I've heard seem to rush quickly into the next song. I almost find it insulting, as if we as the audience don't have the attention span and interest to listen to one track for more than a minute. In my opinion, a good DJ knows how to settle into a song/groove, and only segway to a new track when the time is right.
@@BiggyJimbo Exactly. I can see how quick transitions serve their purpose in some settings (clubs etc) but for the most part, I don’t really enjoy it that much. I’d rather bang out a full song than switch 3 times in a minute.
its funny..i understand this type of djing and not the type where they mix more songs together...there is a reson house, techno, hard techno songs are 4,5,6 minutes long,..

I saw that and thought the same thing. Nice of the gentleman who walked across camera behind Chris luno to go get empty bottles and give it to the same women cleaning up
Great that she does it, but it’s also probably because of “Pfand”, a kind of deposit or tax you pay on every plastic or glass bottle you buy that gets refunded when you bring the empty containers back to the store. A lot of European countries have these kinds of systems to incentivize people to bring back their empty packaging so they can be recycled.
Sure looks like that lady is cleaning up. Reality behind that is, that this elderly woman probably does not get enough retirement money and tries to finance her life with collecting those bottles. 8 cents per beer bottle, 25 for cans. It is sad
@@MultiGulasch Definitely sad that people have to resort to this for income, but at least they are able to get money for it, and it’s helping the environment at the same time 🙂

@Sen Se Where are you from in Europe? I'm from northern Italy, the German-speaking part, so I know Italy, Austria and Germany quite well. I did a tour for over 2 months on the east coast of Australia and visited the major cities and some famous things. I didn't visit the outback or perth, but next time I will! The food is not that good compared to Italy. That's definitely true. Australians aren't known for their cooking skills and lots of things are misinterpreted. The ingredients itself are great. And I think a modern and functioning city with great nature is better than having history. Overall, we can't beat Australia. Australia has better nature, is safer and the people are much friendlier. You earn more money and can save more. The saving ratio is much higher compared to everyhting in Europe. Every youth person should check out Australia. If you're looking for a normal life, it's probably among the best in the whole word with New Zealand or so. Good social system with working hospitals too.
