For this song , I enter Asian drama through thai MV "love warning" and watched 600+ all over asian dramas like thai, japan, china, korea, taiwan, philipines etc countries and read over 1000+ comics till date . Bl is my now only option because I bored with plots of normal dramas which is pretty similar almost everywhere of these countries 🤣🤣😊😊
not just the censorship but y'all need to realise that just bc these dramas are censored that we are getting these amazing actors playing these roles.. Because i don't think that all good actors there would be willing to play an explicit/adult gay role. There are some who obviously won't mind the challenge tho but still we're getting these masterpieces so its better to understand the whole situation a bit carefully as well. The industry is slowly accepting the genre and its getting better. Some things have their beauty without being too open. If fans get the meaning of the story then the job is done perfectly.
I don’t think it’s about actors unwilling to play gay roles. That’s just a HUGE generalisation tbh. Sure, there might be some who would hesitate but majority of the actors just treat it as another job. The censorship is the main culprit in tv shows not being able to show explicitly queer relationships. But a lot of shows like this one and Word of Honor and Advance Bravely use various techniques to skirt around that censorship and tell their audiences that this is indeed a queer relationship despite them not kissing or being really physically intimate. And honestly if you need to show sex scenes to prove the characters are in love-they’re just not.
I think they should only ban the intimate scene but could uplift the ban on the words of saying " I love you" , we are couple , holding hands etc. In a good love story and with good actors , there is no need of sexual or kissing scene. Just the three words will give the whole plot as valid boys love genre instead of bromance feel.

thats the beauty of chinese dramas specially the ones based on bl novels .. they are really setting the bar high for the subtle depiction of romance in mlm works.. the actors are giving top-notch performances
I dunno. I agree that chemistry always doesnt have to be that way. But thai bls are amazing too. They are more like how it really works nowadays, in a liberal society. This one is subtle and frankly beautiful, but it remains that the conservative society is suppressing them. Would have loved if they could at least confirm their relationshio status.
Except Sotus , Together series etc., most of the thai bls are like that. They have no chemistry and acting is not so good and the story plot is also not so nice. Taiwanese Bls are also awesome.
