Dark hyper shadic is sonic in dark form and shadow is in hyper form so it fuses the two transformations so you get dark hyper shadic. Same with dark spine shadic. sonic is in dark spine form and shadow is in hyper form.

Well, you see, Scourge is an another version of Sonic who is from an evil Mobius called Moebius or in this case Anti-Mobius, so Scourge is basically an Anti version of Sonic.
