Triglycerides will be high if diet is high in fat. Ano po HDL nyo? Pwede pa po madaan sa diet ang high TG. Not only less fat but also less high glycemic index food like pastries, cakes, ice cream, etc. Exercise may help but not a primary factor that will lower blood chem results.
for me the key is moderation. Like for example ung chocolate, maliit na portion per day. Wag po ubusin sa iisang araw ung ganung type of food. 😊 Japanese green tea is also good to drink
Hi Marvin. Triglycerides is carbs and sugar. I shouldn't worry too much sa cholesterol as it is good for our brain, nagiging worry lang talaga yan if your triglycerides is also high. For your uric acid, I agree sa advices dito na water intake talaga, wag muna sugary drinks and all. Lemon water and apple cider vinegar water may also help. Medication is needed pero maganda din samahan ng natural remedies. It is very helpful to listen to podcasts, more knowledge the more we learn to take care of ourselves. God bless. Take care!

The research found that cardiovascular diseases are not caused by high fat diet but by sugar. Processed and refined sugar, and food products keep people sick.
I'm a doctor from UP, diet, exercise, meds. Bullshit yung vinegar na kalechehan. Mas maganda diet and exercise para mareverse yung hypertriglyceridemia at di na need ng meds. Agree that sugar is actually the cause of most lifestyle diseases, even high cholesterol.

Nung nalaman ko yung result ng mga lab test ko last year lang din (2024) ang bilis ko din nag iiiwas sa mga pagkain na para lang bumalik sa normal yung result. hahaha! Iba kasi pag hindi mo talaga na control, at di na talaga naagapan. Yung naluha ka sa Sagrada, sobrang ramdam talaga, damay damay na. For your gout diet: Understand that hindi parang allegy na pag may nakain ka eh mag attack yun gout mo. It is an accumulation. You can eat everything naman in moderation but you need to DRINK LOTS OF WATER.

Kse yan ang mga major killers. Then less baked products and just focus on all natural food. Rice and pasta in moderation. 500ml of water with squeeze of lemon in the morning is healthy. Suggest ko lang mag-take ka ng fish oil for the cholesterol ksi yon. Makakatulong sya to lower down yung cholesterol mo.pina-take din kasi ako ng doctor ko ng fish oil para mapababa yung cholesterol kasabay nung gamot na pang cholesterol. 1 fish oil for one day sa loob ng 30 days. Tapos magpacheck ka ulit after 1 month sa doctor mo for the lab ulit nung mga matataas sayo. Yung cholesterol ko nung bumaba sya. nagtitake pa rin ako ng fish oil every other day na lang kahit di naman na required. Sa morning para may laman lnang ang tyan mo. Fruits ka na lang then water. Sa lunch mo kahit veggie salad ka tapos chicken. Tsaka mas madali malaman yung mga pwedeng kainin kesa sa hindi pwede. Kasi andami talagang bawal. Ako nga favorite ko kumain ng chips at mag soda. Tapos yung taba ng bangus paborito ko rin...Hirap din talaga. Thank Lord na lang din talaga kahit 44 na ako wala nman ako maintenance 🙂. Ingat ka na lang sa mga foods mo muna habang may iniinom ka ng meds at enjoy pa rin sa mga trips mo 🙂
i was inside the Basilica, and it was really spectacular. the prism of lights inside the cathedral is marvelous, and it changes as the sun moves throughout the day... i wish you get to see it. it's absolutely incredible. Nung unang punta ko din, hindi ko nakita ang loob ng Sagrada Familia, kaya nung sumunod na biyahe ko, I really made sure na naka-reserve ako ng guided tour sa loob. Ingat sa biyahe.

It’s the same with me. I thought I was healthy. No pains. No Heart issues. Loved to walk. But when I had a blood exam, my creatinine was super high and so I had to undergo and start dialysis. Ok lang na I’m already old and my lakwatcha days are over. Ikaw na lang ang pinapanood ko. I’m glad na naagapan yung health issues mo. I hope it improves. Take care of yourself. Hydrate and eat well. For intermittent fasting, I would suggest taking breakfast and lunch and skip dinner. So after your lunch, just have mineral water with you to keep your body fully hydrated.
For Uric acid but that cherry juice and take more of that pills version, it’s cheaper to buy in Spain Cherry juice helps a lot for gout , the liquid version is the best. In Europe peoplelikes to drink tea so it helps a lot, drink tea after your main meal. Don’t eat lots of Filipino foods. Ingat lagi and it’s colder now in Europe.

Hi, did you fast for 9-12 hours before the blood test? Food intake affects results of lipids. Very high triglycerides can also cause acute pancreatitis. If you lose weight, definitely your triglycerides will go down too. Avoid a high-carb diet.

Tapos add ako ng honey or saging or if may budget ako I add blueberry para may lasa. Minsan pag tipid mode naglalagay na lang ako ng powdered milk sa oatmeal para may lasa.

You can still enjoy your food but in moderation. But there are some food stuff you need to avoid. Avoid deep fried food, processed food, innards, nuts . Grilled and broiled food is favorable. Intermittent fasting works for me. At least it was discovered at an early stage, so you can take preventive maintenance. We are both in the same boat ... 😂😂😂 You should visit Munjuic Castle... you get the best panoramic view of Barcelona. Pwede pa po madaan sa diet ang high TG. Not only less fat but also less high glycemic index food like pastries, cakes, ice cream, etc.
Exercise may help but not a primary factor that will lower blood chem results.
for me the key is moderation. Like for example ung chocolate, maliit na portion per day. Wag po ubusin sa iisang araw ung ganung type of food. 😊 Japanese green tea is also good to drink
Hi Marvin. Triglycerides is carbs and sugar. I shouldn't worry too much sa cholesterol as it is good for our brain, nagiging worry lang talaga yan if your triglycerides is also high. For your uric acid, I agree sa advices dito na water intake talaga, wag muna sugary drinks and all. Lemon water and apple cider vinegar water may also help. Medication is needed pero maganda din samahan ng natural remedies. It is very helpful to listen to podcasts, more knowledge the more we learn to take care of ourselves. God bless. Take care!

The research found that cardiovascular diseases are not caused by high fat diet but by sugar. Processed and refined sugar, and food products keep people sick.

Nung nalaman ko yung result ng mga lab test ko last year lang din (2024) ang bilis ko din nag iiiwas sa mga pagkain na para lang bumalik sa normal yung result. hahaha! Iba kasi pag hindi mo talaga na control, at di na talaga naagapan. Yung naluha ka sa Sagrada, sobrang ramdam talaga, damay damay na. Di talaga ako nagkamali sa pag follow sayo at isa ka sa pampabuhay habang nag wwork ako (WFH). Thank you, laking tulong talaga ng mga video mo di lang sa pag ttravel kundi talagang inspiration.

There was so many comments giving you guidance on making it more manageable at wag masyado packed. This is exactly why, you have to take into account delays when travelling to the next destination. Booking those attractions in advance is ideal but the timing within your control still. Major learning experience yan--you also need to consider the input being shared with you ng mga followers mo who have travelled to those countries and who are willing to share the wisdom with you because probably they learned the hard way as you did. Yes, Sagrada Famillia is absolutely beautiful inside. Park Guell ("gwell") is so-so....Take care of your health, water is king.

For your gout diet: Understand that hindi parang allegy na pag may nakain ka eh mag attack yun gout mo. It is an accumulation. You can eat everything naman in moderation but you need to DRINK LOTS OF WATER.

Suggest ko lang mag-take ka ng fish oil for the cholesterol ksi yon. Makakatulong sya to lower down yung cholesterol mo.pina-take din kasi ako ng doctor ko ng fish oil para mapababa yung cholesterol kasabay nung gamot na pang cholesterol. 1 fish oil for one day sa loob ng 30 days. Tapos magpacheck ka ulit after 1 month sa doctor mo for the lab ulit nung mga matataas sayo. Yung cholesterol ko nung bumaba sya. nagtitake pa rin ako ng fish oil every other day na lang kahit di naman na required. Sa morning para may laman lnang ang tyan mo. Fruits ka na lang then water. Sa lunch mo kahit veggie salad ka tapos chicken. Tsaka mas madali malaman yung mga pwedeng kainin kesa sa hindi pwede. Kasi andami talagang bawal. Ako nga favorite ko kumain ng chips at mag soda. Tapos yung taba ng bangus paborito ko rin...Hirap din talaga. Thank Lord na lang din talaga kahit 44 na ako wala nman ako maintenance 🙂. Ingat ka na lang sa mga foods mo muna habang may iniinom ka ng meds at enjoy pa rin sa mga trips mo 🙂
i was inside the Basilica, and it was really spectacular. the prism of lights inside the cathedral is marvelous, and it changes as the sun moves throughout the day... i wish you get to see it. it's absolutely incredible. Nung unang punta ko din, hindi ko nakita ang loob ng Sagrada Familia, kaya nung sumunod na biyahe ko, I really made sure na naka-reserve ako ng guided tour sa loob. Ingat sa biyahe.

It’s the same with me. I thought I was healthy. No pains. No Heart issues. Loved to walk. But when I had a blood exam, my creatinine was super high and so I had to undergo and start dialysis. Ok lang na I’m already old and my lakwatcha days are over. Ikaw na lang ang pinapanood ko. I’m glad na naagapan yung health issues mo. I hope it improves. Take care of yourself. Hydrate and eat well. P. S.: Have your creatinine checked also.
For intermittent fasting, I would suggest taking breakfast and lunch and skip dinner. So after your lunch, just have mineral water with you to keep your body fully hydrated.

Cherry juice helps a lot for gout , the liquid version is the best.

Hi, did you fast for 9-12 hours before the blood test? Food intake affects results of lipids. Very high triglycerides can also cause acute pancreatitis. If you lose weight, definitely your triglycerides will go down too. Avoid a high-carb diet.

When I was little, Sagrada and Parc Güell where totally free, lagi dun yung mga school trip namin 😂 but since it became so turístic, they need budget to maintain it.
Small tip: Sa first Sunday of the month, meron international mass sa Sagrada Familia, from 9am to 10am, completly free but with limited sits. You just need to go around 8am para sigurado na makapasok ka hehe.

Pero pag nasa Pinas ka na mas ok yung steelcut na oatmeal mas madaming fiber kaysa instant kaso need pa lutuin e so mahirap pag nag travel. Try nyo po. Nakatulong din sa akin. Tapos add ako ng honey or saging or if may budget ako I add blueberry para may lasa. Minsan pag tipid mode naglalagay na lang ako ng powdered milk sa oatmeal para may lasa.

hi suggestion lang nmn for a person na nag intermittent fasting try 16hrs pinaka okay nga tym is early dinner 6 pm or 7pm later that water intake ka nalang no sugar, salt, energy drinks, no calories ka then by morning wag nag breakfast... nakikita nmn kita na late ka nmn nag breakfast, by 10am or 11 mag bruch ka na... tapos check mo din ung sleeping hours iwas ka mag stay late..also check ung ano ung first intake mo na food in a day or meal research mo may effects din un like eat ka muna ng veggies before ng kanin, meat,..SUGGESTION NG TAMAD MAG EXERCISE PERO GUSTO BALANCE LANG KATAWAN HAHAHA... if gusto mo talaga pumayat at maging healthy sabayan ng exercise...

You can still enjoy your food but in moderation. But there are some food stuff you need to avoid. Avoid deep fried food, processed food, innards, nuts . Grilled and broiled food is favorable. Intermittent fasting works for me. At least it was discovered at an early stage, so you can take preventive maintenance. We are both in the same boat ... 😂😂😂
