Do you know if there are any plans for the 15 to stop deviating to the Frankford Av & Delaware Av Loop? Made sense before they were going all the way up to Port Richmond, but now it just adds lots of time.

No I don't. I would imagine would be kept as an active stop and a cutback for trolleys in the future though.
