I think the main reason we found this track so amazing, (well and all the album itself) its because have a lot of authenticity, it's like it comes directly from his heart, all his soul. I would feel complete like in all the aspects of my life, If I can produce an amazing thing such like this

@@fusta6208 I'm actually feeling confident that this is spot on after trying it with a more appropriate synth sound. The chords should be all voiced from the root up as it would be with 90s rave pads. Back in the day they would use the chord memory function on a synth to make progressions like this with just one key at a time.
An alternative inrepretation could be if these were all Maj9 chords, in that case it would be A, E, C#, Ab, A, B, Ab, A. But trying that along with the audio doesn't sound right with those root notes for the first 4 chords. So I'm still thinking it's 4 minor 7ths and 4 major 7ths
