Good video. Sometimes staying close to home pays off. Taylor lake during the winter can be a great, local, trout spot. Armand bayou going to horsepen bayou and mudlake can be good too for reds and flounder.
Only thing I find a sonar good for is knowing depth, water temp, amd to see if theres some bottom structure. My little Garmin 4cv vivid does that well and was inexpensive.
Nice video brotha. Fishing with your pops is always a plus fishing the year putting out bangers keep them good videos coming out
Tight lines all 2024!
Thanks brother! Tight lines to you as well!
I like seeing Mark in the videos. Catching is always better than not catching. Even if they aren’t keepers. Keep up the good work my man!
Thank you brother! And yea I’d much rather have a day with dinks rather than nothing at all!

I’ve never really used one my self! But knowing depth and being able to see drop offs easier would be nice!
Also I caught a massive red with the rod today! Should be out in the next video.
Ok I fish here all of the time but if you go to the barges by the bridge you can catch some massive fish in the summer time
Do you go left or right under bridge
Right
this north or south of 146 bridge?
Not sure
@@RGCfishingg did you not launched under 146 bridge?
just dinks?
Ton of them, with a few keepers
