  • For thousands of years the yogis of the Himalayas have known about and understood the immense benefits that come from regular cold ice baths.
    That's why you will see them every morning plunging into the icy waters of the sacred river Ganges high in the Himalayas having their daily bath before starting their morning sadhana (daily spiritual practice. Yoga, meditation etc).
