Hi, tq fr the question, will answer as per my understanding. I think the machine have load sensors which determines the load by spinning the drum(when we switch on after loading) & finds out the resistance from the motor and automatically weighs the load & calculates the time and water levels required. If its overloaded, it might make noise or show error codes or final washing may nt be effective.

Enakku therinjadha solren...Normal a the liquid bleach/ conditioners we pour in the dispenser/ drawers should come down n flow into the tub during a cycle.If it is coming out in outlet drain, then try these..1) Alava thaandi bleach pour panna vendam..stick to the mark.2) can dilute the bleach n pour( upto the mark) 3) Oru time just rinse n spin mattum pottu machine run panni parunga, without any detergent/ liquids 4) Because of more usage of bleach, rust/ deposits/ residues edhavadhu irukkalam...so dispenser drawer la pblm irundha, pl try to replace the drawer. 5)water inflow romba vegama vandhalum, bleach a tub kkulla thallame overflow aagi veliya anupidum..6) machine level aaga irukkanum, disenser side slanting a irundha, keezha poidum...so if the pblm persist, call for service. unga doubt clear aacha...pl reply.Thankyou.

Hi, thnx, according to me, a 2nd rinse will help to remove any leftover soap/detergent from clothes to ensure effective cleaning...its okay to do 1 rinse, but 2 rinses are better...if u ask me..

Hi, tq first of all for ur question. I once hd the same pblm, There cud be many reasons for the hole like..Use of strong detergents/ liquids, Use of strong undissolved bleach, Overloading of clothes in machine, Presence of micro Pests inside the drums, Any Zip, big buttons in clothes, Any damage in drum...etc... So try rectifying with these options , keep the machine open, ventilated after each wash until dry, Clean the drum once a mnth to avoid pest breeding, If nothing wrks out, Pl chk with Company agent to check ur drum/machine repairing. Hope my reply helps, tq.

Hi, first of all Congratulations on your new washing machine. Water pressure low na, pl check for any clogs/ dust/rust /leaks in pipes.Sometimes valves are partially opened in new washing machines...you need to open it fully, so call a plumber to fix the issue, he can find out where or what the problem is. Dont worry, i think this can be solved with a technician.

I hve heard few ppl hvng the same pblm, may be machine is trying to remove any excess detergent before spin, so it is taking water, or there could be any imbalance in load, in these cases it seems to be normal during the 1st spin cycle, but the final spin should not get water, so pl once chk if ur machine keeps refilling water till the last spinning. If so there could be controlboard pblm. Pl tell me that your final outcome of clothes after spin cycle is dry or still wet.

Hi, If u keep in Normal mode, bedsheets or intense wash like that...clothes ll be dry in fully automatic machines bcoz it wud hve completed the wash, rinse, spin cycle. In Delicate/Soft mode, final result will not be completely dry.

Hi sis, In this model, we have 'Bedding' option, That itself is good for bedsheets, you can also add Intensive wash / jet spray for more cleaning. Usually for bedsheets delicate/ soft mode is not good.

But machine la water niraya neram vacha, fungus or drum damage aaga vaippirukku. 1 or 2 hrs la adutha wash udane pannalam. Or drain pipe disconnect panni, drain aagara water a vera container la collect panni reuse pannalam.

Hi, Ujala has liquid blue (neelam), fabric whitener, liquid detergent,etc. Ujala whitener is similar to bleach, but bleach is harsh for very stubborn stains, whitener is mild, if u r buying ujala, buy ujala fabric whitener/ enhancer..

Pl check water pressure also, if inlet water is slow,machine will take time to fill n rinse. Check for any blocks in drain also.

Hi, It depends on the size, load of the machine, sry i didnt get enough info like hw many yrs since u bought the washing machine, topload or frontload, wen this pblm strtd etc...But as far as i understood from ur question, i wud suggest to chk ur inlet waterline hose connecting ur machine at the back, disconnect, (turnoff machine), run water in a bucket, if the flow is still slow, then ur water pressure in house is low, if the flow is gud, then water entering point is blocked, so remove n chk for any blockages like dirt or debris in the filter. Clean it. I hope ur waterline hose is not bent too much, notice if you get any error code during the fill..if pblm persists, call for the agency service ppl.Thankyou

To be honest, they say depending on clothes load, it may take below/around 10 mts, but i hvent checked this detail in mine, may be i ll chk nxt time and note it dwn & ll msg u👍

Hi, Most of our houses have hard water only, so its sometimes unavoidable...we can use hardwater but it may impact the efficiency of machine like limescale forming, in long time.

Hi, thnx, My machine doesnt hve a wifi, but i will tell u what i know...You hve to dwnld the SMART THINGS app, connect to a Wifi router, setup samsung account from it, then connect ur smartphone to washing machine..
How many clothes this 9 kg machine will wash?
Hi, tq fr the question, Usually we dont weigh clothes before washing, its all approaximately tub filling quantity, like 1/2 tub full is medium load, 3/4th tub fill is large load...Only thing to take care of is not to overload the machine, it shud be able to rotate freely fr effective washing.Becoz if we weigh clothes, 1 jean might weigh 1-2 kg, so 1 jeans and 4 or 5 shirts wud be alright, jeans and loads of other clothes will interfere in washing quality...better to categorize your clothes like delicates, cottons, jeans, bedsheets, womens clothes separately for easy n effective washing, hope u got my point, feel free to reply 👍
