Monthly stipend for international student is 295, 000 is showing on GIST website for phd but in video your document showing its 1 million krw, kindly clarify that point

Sorry it's not possible. First you will have to be able to speak Korean like a native to be able to go to any high school or lower school in Korea. There's no scholarship between.
