@@StevenRoseP2P Hey sorry to bother you bro but the trial went well I made it thru first cuts and day 1 but didn’t make the final 23 man. I have another two tryouts setup within the next couple months. I was wondering if you could maybe give an idea of a training routine for the off-season/pre-season.
