We currently only have 3 electric presses the rest of the 20 are Hydraulic.. really like the Wintech we have.. Glad you are making videos again. I think a video on Mold temperature's creating hotspots and using a chiller system would be a good video.
at 4:59 I noticed what looks like a cream colored dryer hopper in the background, behind the red toolbox. what kind of vacuum loader do you have on in and what are your thoughts about it. looks like a brush-less style , are they better than the tradition brush-style loaders? seems you guys really like DRI-AIR .Also I see clear PPE material bins next to the presses, how do you load them and why do you use those instead of barrels or gaylords? Thanks for all the knowledge and help!
Kind of off topic...but the differences you are comparing made me think of this...We mainly have hybrid IMM's...I have two 4400 ton Engels in my building that are fully hydraulic. With mold design change since the machine's insertion has required a third plate be installed on the moving half to transfer the part onto the stationary side. This "robs" a lot of the hydraulic capacity when the third plate actuates during recovery. In your experience, have you ever seen or heard of converting a hydraulic screw motor with an electric servo? Thx

This is what they already had in place. We have been changing the process here. we have some conair & DRI-AIR. Thanks for watching & the support.
great video ! i really want to know the difference between time injection and position injection
Ok I will do a video over that soon. Thanks for watching & the support.
