As a Kenyan, when I heard the word 'sijui' slip out, I was like "that's our East African sister"😊...thanks for the info.
Luxembourgh native speakers(Lougzembouish) are so few.They are predominantly real estate owners and not running grocery shops around corner as you say.
Majority work for the government and they speak more than 1 language, English being one of them.
Rarely you meet someone with French alone in any resturant or grocery. Rarely.
Few? Still we are the majority in our country.
You should think twice before posting false information
about our country in the net.

Is German not sufficient for a foreigner moving to Luxembourg? I thought many official documents were issued in German as well?
German is one of the three official languages used in Luxembourg! I believe you will get just fine. Welcome to Luxembourg🇱🇺

You could use Google but it’s not perfect. There are some words Google cannot properly translate or translates badly.

I think first you need to find a job! Normally the company hiring you will process the work permit. That’s all I know. Good luck

Normally with this type of Visa, you have 90 days, if you can find a job that will provide you with a work permit then most definitely. FYI I doubt you can get papers without a job! Goodluck

When I come in to the country is it possible for me to get other cash on hand jobs to meet of with my tuition fee balance and I also heard of one is morethan 27 Year of age the person is only allowed to work 15 hours even when school is on holiday please how true is that .

You can work with a student visa ,
Also check if your school offers scholarships , grants , or loans .
You shouldn't depend on part time jobs to pay tuition + rents etc .
