Thank you for showing, but this is disgusting. How did we allow these companies to choose exactly what time we MUST be online and listen to them to get something. Remember we purchase this game and we control what we spend on it, used to be $60 for the full game. These companies used to work for us. This is disgusting when you slow down and think about it.

You can only ever link on ps account to twitch if you unlink then it won't let you reconnect to twitch. I've talked to ea and to twitch the last 2 days

Man thanks for this recent update on twitch drops. My drops been going to the wrong account for years. I finally got them linked properly

@CleverEagleYT EA chat person walked me through it. If you have 2 accounts, and your drops are going to the wrong one. They will have unlink on their end, then you'll get them

I have everything linked correctly. But I’m not getting my drops on my Xbox now. It says it’s linked. I am getting my drops on PlayStation. Is this cause you can only get drops on 1 system?

i recently upgraded from PS4 to PS5. The drops worked fine for PS4. Do i need to set it up again with PS5 or will it be fine on its own

Heads up for anyone trying to unlink and linking again. You’ll run into an error that you can’t link another account and that an EA account can only be linked to one twitch account in its lifetime

@@austinmartinez2312 I am too but I spoke to someone else in the comments and they said if you contact EA Help, they could help. I just reached out to them and they said it could take a few days for a resolution so I may or may not miss the drop. Worth a shot though

I’m having this same issue… you can clearly tell the Twitch account linked is a random Twitch user name bunch of x’s and q’s. I unlinked it and EA said only one link per lifetime. Sucks….
Sucks that it’s happening but I now know I’m not the only one. I’ve done a lot of digging into this. Apparently it’s not a random twitch account. It’s possible that if you changed your twitch username EA can’t somehow recognize your new username and it’s bugged on their end. Twitch recognizes the account is linked to an account but EA isn’t recognizing it.
There is another theory I have because I was able to access the drops on an account it’s sending them to but I lost my ultimate team progress and whole team. I had to contact EA and have them reverse the mistake I made because their system was basically not letting me to reverse it myself for 4 months.
It’s possible if you linked it or someone linked it to another account they have privacy settings turned on that does not let EA give you access to see the username. Long story short. I signed into my Xbox live using my gamertag and Microsoft account using my EA account information I created with my PlayStation 5. I lost all of my ultimate team progress and players from my Xbox account but all my packs were there under the PlayStation network account. It’s really stupid and confusing because I use the same email for my Xbox live account and PlayStation network account and yet the drops are only going to a PlayStation network ID I do not use. I don’t even have the PlayStation anymore.
When i log into my EA account it has my twitch linked but when i go to twitch and check connections i don’t see it at all???
I made my ea account 15 years ago and don’t know the login and I can’t unlink my Xbox account and relink to a new one I always miss the free mcs players and it sucks cause they’re really good
I watched the stream of MSC and couldn't redeem any drops it just wasn't there lol. It normally works though.
