I wish you could explain this a little more, such as your cuts and how long the boards are, the angles you cut it at, how long the glue takes to dry and where to begin when you start. Such as middle of the room.

There's a lot of wasted energy/time here. Instead of doing 1 piece at a time and cutting each piece individually, create sections of 6 pieces (3 on both sides) and glue them together and then cut them all at together instead. Makes it much faster and easier.
