Amazing seeing a desi manage to eat food without any tarka. Just look at how cleanly prepared their street food is compared to PK. Why isn't Pakistan like this.

In PK i've seen people preparing food picking their nose, shaking hands with people passing, touching the floor, making kebab keema on the floor, eating salad meant for customers with their fingers, rolling mithai mixture on the ground.
I highly appreciate your great efforts to make this video by traveling around 600 KM. I lived in Kyrgyzstan for 05 years 1991 to 1996 but never seen this dish. I am also surprised that now you can get spices like haldi, dhania, mirchi, zeera, garam masala, Black pepper. During my stay in Kyrgyzstan I never got these spices in the market. I had to carry these spices from India. Once again I am appreciating you for this video. May God bless you many more success.
