Cool video! Beautiful scenery & nice weather by the looks of it. Informative, great to see other parts of the world through the eyes of an Adventure Motorcyclist. Love the one way lane ride & dirt section near the end...looks great! Aussie viewer & subscriber. Thanks for sharing.
I also own a 2017 grey Versys x300, since they changed the colors on the newer models, we'll own the sexiest model for quite a while, i just love the grey/matte black model better than all the others, specially the common green one.
Just bought a used one, I'm a so cal desert rider nice to see that the 300x does okay on the typical mohave two track, and the Death Valley backroads. I noticed you had a throttle lock how has that been working for you.
@@jammcguire1276 I agree! I've had mine for 2.5 years. It's not the best for Interstate highway, but it holds its own. 5 months ago we rode from Colorado to Moab, then rode trails for 3 days and returned. Great trip!
Vadim Astashevsky Thanks for your input. I have a friend that has a smaller type bike (not sure of size or make) possibly 250 & it's really loud because of the high revs at 50-55 mph (80-90kph)

Great video guys. thanks for putting it together and sharing
.
Good job Vadim, Enjoyed the video. Enjoyed the riding and the company.
John Gera it was a good ride for sure. Nice meeting you.
Cool rides, great soundtrack.
Nice vid! I would like more comments on how the X300 performed under all road and trail conditions. Thanks.
I should have a long term review of the bike out in a few weeks. Stay tuned!
@@VadimAstashevsky Still waiting for that video

Looks like a great ride. Long live the desert rides. Bust a billion bugs man.
nice ride. Cool soundtrack also
Thanks!
Don’t know if you remember me. It’s Ellwood from years back at fort Lewis. Hope you’re doing good man.
Vadim, a bit out of the way for you, but if you have a chance go to Valley of Fire, NV. Думаю тебе понравится.
MrDamon888 I'll have to check it out. Thanks!
Lighter adventure bikes the best , heavier KLR very hard to control and pick up , Versys 300x looks really good on this trip .
Ride on Brothers! Cheers;)
klr did not have issues, the riders were the issue, not knowing how to use the clutch.

I had a gs650 & now have a x300 on order . How did the Beemer do in comparison to the x300 ?
He was able to power up the hill without much issue. I've noticed that the 650 has quite a bit of torque available.
That fall looked too easy... What was there that we didn't see?
What tires are you wearing on the X300 in this vid?
The X300 is the perfect sized bike for adv riding!

You sell your X-300? It’s been a long time since your last upload.
Death Sea shore is lowest point on Earth...Death Valley think is the driest...
Nice video!
How the tyre works..?!Crash bars essential for these trails..and not hard to pick up the bike since it's not that heavy..save energy..
SoloRide ZX I'm not sure what you mean about the tires. Crash bars were definitely necessary on the trail.
Vadim Astashevsky I meant the tyres..is it stock one..?!
SoloRide ZX No, that was one of the first things I changed. The front a Shinko 804 and the rear is a Metzler Karoo 3.
Vadim Astashevsky are the spoke wheels sealed that you can put tubeless tires on? Or are the stock spoke wheels only made for tires with a tube?
Benny Ang they are not sealed, standard style spokes.
How long the trip?
Do you find the bike LOUD at highway speeds because of the high rpm' s in order to get good acceleration especially on longer trips.
Thanks
Not really. I have a fairly loud helmet and I wear ear plugs, so that might contribute to my impression that the bike is not loud.

Bill walsh my DRZ was much louder at slower speeds than the Versys.
Great video. What do you think about x300 as a first bike. (never had one before)
jozo šaravanja I think they make great first bikes. The price, low weight, and decent power make it a great choice.
Nice video. Massively irritating background music.
Why why why the infernal drum beat. Unbearable difficult to endure. What is the reason for it?
I almost feel like I should drink a martini at a lounge while watching my cafe racer with that music :P
congratulations on the most annoying music ever, gave up and turned it off after 6 minutes. shame video looked good and seemed interesting
