Since 1 month I am suffering from a tendonitis on the lower back ..and yin yoga is helping a lot. This video came like a blessing to me..and I wanted to thank you so much. Dearest Travis, thank syou for posting yin practices that I can still follow. I am 80 and have been practicing the beautiful yoga postures for over 40. years, however, today I had a most difficult time braiding my own hair. I was near tears and still am shaken. It feels gratifying to still find on you tube practices that I can still do. Aging has been a difficult time for me. I am very attached to my body and to the way things "were" . So I am saving this video for when I get back from my walk in the rain with my companion Mei Ling. Thanks so much and Namaste'

I am always skeptical of these yoga classes for back pain but I am a believer now. I have chronic back pain and was having a particularly bad flare up. I did this class and it took about 45 minutes afterwards to realize my pain reduced by about 80%. It was even better the next day. Not exactly sure what pose did it or if it was all of them, but THANK YOU!
Beautiful energy and flow. I appreciate your messages throughout. I started sobbing uncontrollably halfway through and could not stop… like an emotional release! I think this was the first kind thing I did for myself in a long time. Thank you, namaste. ❤

I always feel zen like with Travis’s yin classes but something magical happened when I did this practice today. In the final pose, I could feels sparks of current on different parts of my body. Such a magical practice ⚡️

its helped my lower back, I had a nasty injury, this has helped restore it and make it more flexible, Im at the beginning of My yin Yoga journey I have truly fallen in love with it and all of its teachings. I have a book to learn the asanas and the yoga practice,. I am a pilates teacher and the two really compliment each other,
