My great grandfather Jesse Mahaffey, came from Castlefinn to America with his father Kelly and two brothers John and Paul and sister Rebecca in 1859. Feels strange watching this realizing how familiar it all was to him. Anyway, he married Lula Bogard and they settled in Grand Junction, Tenneesee. My grandmother was one of 9 children.
