    INGREDIENTS
    227g sourdough starter, active or discard
    1/2 cup water + 1-2 tablespoons, only as needed
    300g Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon instant yeast
    DIRECTIONS
    1. Add 227g starter to a bowl, active or discard.
    2. Add 1/2 cup of water.
    3. Mix starter with the water until it is “milky."
    4. Add 300g flour.
    5. Make two dimples in the flour. Add 1 tsp of salt in one, and 1/2 tsp of yeast in the other. Mix each to the flour separately.
    6. Then, mix ingredients together for 2-3 minutes until combined with whisk, adding the water 1 tablespoon at a time if the dough looks dry.
    7. Knead with hands until smooth.
    8. Place in an oiled bowl.
    9. Cover the bowl and let rest at room temperature until doubled in size.
    10. Once doubled, divide the dough in half. Roll into tight balls, cover, and let rest for 15 minutes.
    11. After this rest, place each ball on a pizza pan and gently press each piece of dough toward the edge of its pan.
    12. Preheat your oven to 450°F.
    13. Sauce and top each pizza as you like! Bake for 20 minutes or more, until crust is brown and the cheese is bubbly. Enjoy!
