IMPRESSION: MR findings reveal
Diffuse posterior bulge at L4-L5 level indenting the thecal sac with narrowing of bilateral lateral recesses with compression of bilateral traversing ventral nerve roots.
Mild posterior bulge at L5-S1 level indenting the thecal sac with no significant neural compression.

Hi Doctor, Sir I have a disc bulge problem of L4L5, and I have also WhatsApp my report to you but no response from you, please see my MRI report and tell me what to do.
