I took part in the trials back in 2015 to help form the new driving test. There were about 20 test centres across the UK that tried it out and pupils could volunteer to try it and then leave feedback.
I failed my test yesterday. I have another test booked for the end of january. Do you think this test is more difficult then the one at the moment? thanks
HI,Tanks for the updates and for posting this video ,it should be very helpful for all of us ,I have got question for you if you dont mind ,I have failed 3 times on my practical driving test and my next exam is in 18th December what test I will be taking is it the old or new one!? thanks in advance .
You'll be taking the new test. The new one comes into force from 4th December - Everyone will be taking the new test from this date - this includes candidates who failed their test under the old rules. Hope this helps clarify things for you.

LifeHacksUk Boss I failed on the 3 of Nov. If u don't mind what was the reason why you failed
Hi was wondering are you an Instructor or are you an examiner/SE? :-)
The pull up on the right you mentioned reversing 4 or 5 car lengths
I thought it was 2 car lengths?
Hi...Does the 20 min sat nav completely replace the independant driving part of the exam?
mini ang3l Yes
It is the independent driving although 1 in 5 tests you will do the independent driving by following sign posts and road markings.
My test is tomorrow! I'm so nervous and worrried! My third attempt tomorrow
How did it go?
Power socket for the satnav !! let me correct you that the examiners will not be using the car's power supply.
At stops i have one foot on the foot brake and the other on the clutch i have it before the biting point so i dont burn the clutch is that ok?

You never put your car in cruise control in the rain. Very dangerous.
