I just bought a Monarch 1136. I hope the print quality will be clear and not smudged. I bought one of those cheap price guns, and all it did was smudge unreadable ink. I had to return it, so then I purchased the 1136. Should arrive soon.

I really love this video! It's simple and it's exactly the same one that I have...I didn't know that the gun is made by Avery but sold to Office Depot...so at the store, its packed in Office Depot's packaging...turns out it's actually a monarch...they sell chew rolls of stickers for 12 bucks like WTF...do you know where I could buy a bulk order for less... I can't help you because you didn't give me enough information. To clarify, What you see in the window of the marking head should print out on the labels. If it doesn't, your price gun is defective and you should return it to the place you purchased it.

Each band has numbers. If you want, the Label Gun can be customized with an A to Z band in the top head. These A to Z bands do not have numbers. So if you want to spell FREE, you will have to customize 4 of the top head bands. This can get quite costly and is a permanent change. Why don't you call us and have us pre-print some labels that say FREE, or just run some Avery Labels off on your computer printer.

I was told this is "alpha numeric" & I could enter a product stock number such as: "DM 130L" or "BC3001", but apparently it doesnt do that!!! What a shame!!! I must return the product!!! Too bad!!! They'd sell 100x more if they made something that would do this!!!
I'm surprised people think the only thing customers want to know is how to load and unload paper and ink... How about techniques on pricing??? Inserting stock numbers!! That's far more important!!!
