Dezi, these projects are spectacular! I love the sealing idea with the clear nail polish. I do shot glasses and color them before adding the rhinestones but sometimes the glue seems to dilute the ink. I'm going o try this hack next time. I also recently created bling hair grease jars with labels for a 70s themed party and blinged-out afro picks. The finished product was delightful!
These are absolutely gorgeous! I’m definitely going to try that painting a knob with a permanent marker hack! Where do you get your glue from? Is it better than E-6000 or Gorilla Grip? Love that small blinged drawer pull!
Thanks Theresa. I use this glue because it has low chemical smell. E6000 is too strong of a smell for me to use, even with a mask. It’s my opinion that Gorilla Grip, E6000, Aleene’s The Ultimate, along with Dollar Tree adhesive and brands similar have the same holding power. They’re strong, but your project (may) come apart over time. Plus E6000 has a health warning for people who live in California. Some of best adhesives are the 2 phase epoxies, those are also too strong of a smell for me to used. Sorry for the long reply, but I want to give you enough information.
