For her eating Nazrin, I'm pretty sure it's stated somewhere that Orin doesn't actually kill people, she instead waits until people die and then steals their corpse. Meaning that if she wanted to eat Nazrin, she would only do that if Nazrin kicked the bucket somehow. Man, that's a dark thought...
IIRC according to one of the mangas (Grimoire of Marisa?), Rin is effectively harmless to humans, and there's absolutely no need to panic if you see her in the wild because she's just ferrying people who are already dead, not killing them herself. I guess you could argue her presence is a sign of something lethal nearby.
And so, that leaves Shou as being the last stage 5 boss from this specific era of Touhou games who has never been made playable in any form. Maybe one day...
I'm was quite surprised that ZUN decided to keep the old drumset for this one and not adjust it to his techno-y/electric standards from nowadays. I really like it, though! ♪
