That truck is gonna be sick if you wanna make air hoses or electrical hook ups that look aesthetically pleasing that are functional, you can take servo wires or GST extension wires and wrap the wires around a screwdriver and heat them with a heat gun and let them cool off while coiled they will stay coiled and they will be functional plugs for lights on a trailer if you build a trailer for it And they will also look realistic
Cut out windows and do a half cutout floor. Make dash and seats for a driver. Add a servo for the driver to steer the rig! That would be ultimate dude!✌🏼🤘🏼🏁
Looking forward to watching the finished truck running. With the weight, should look significantly more real than the light weight bouncy plastic models.
May be a long shot, but what about shooting some expandable spray foam in the tires? Use like a CA glue to bond the rims to the tires with a small spot to put the spray straw in and then foam it in.
If the transmission works the way I think it does, you don’t need to worry about reversing one of the motors. If it’s not working the way I think it is then yes, you can reverse one of the motors. Get a $10 Hobbywing quick run program card and reverse one of the motors. I don’t have mine in front of me at the moment but I think you select 2 on step 3.
For your drive shaft situation if the output from the transmission goes to the 3rd transfer case input and you use the short drive shaft to connect both transfer cases in the middle position every thing would turn at the same gear ratio with only one input and using the lower output from the transmission would give you a slightly shorter distance and lower u joint angle. Less stress on u joints! =} Love watching the vids i have used a few of your tricks and ideas on my own projects.
If you use the housing 880 esc, you shouldn't have any issues with you motors turning same direction. I used this esc and the hobbywing 555 motors in my first gen emaxx. Great set up. Love to build, keep doing what you do Bro.
Love your videos. Personally Im so picky a build like this would take me 10 months.. 😂 I like to make a frame and mock lay everything. I want to eventually build a crawler with bull low, two transmissions, rear wheels steer. I think that would be awesome.
Cool rig. If you ever need anything for inside the hood a model engine would look really cool you could even have the motors with all that extra power move the model engine
Nice looks really good and I'm not a 100percent but to have the gears moving the same wouldn't u have to have one motor facing forward and one motor facing backwards to get the gears moving the same way I dunno just from looking at it in my head kinda seems that way....
Hey Waffles, look like your doing what I went through on my 1/10 scale tow truck/ wrecker lol. 😅 it was a pain in the ass but I built my own frame from scratch and have a 2 speed on it and it's a long bitch lol
I ordered the same transmission, using it also for overdrive/underdrive and dig🤓 do you now the hole distance from the transmission? (then i can start drawing a plate/mount) TYIA🙏 Btw jfyi the fans blow out

Very interesting build 👍
Awesome truck, looks like a lot of work! Great job 👍 👍 👍 🐕

I can't wait until it is running either! I agree that it should look a bit more real. The things I plan to tow with it sure are real hahaha
Rig is coming along fantastic. Awesome job brother 👍
Great progress! As a general "rule of thumb" most fans will blow towards the side that has the sticker.
this rig is gonna be epic
Keeps getting better and better i hope everything you want to do to it works out for ya cause that's going to be one awesome rig
Thank you very much!! So far, it is just like I planned it. I will be so excited once it moves on its own. Hopefully soon!!
This channel is going to blow up.... love the videos!!!

you can tilt mount the first transfercase so the driveshaft from gearbox is in smaller angle - if there is enough space

Awesome video this 👌 is an awesome 👌 build too the shoe has progress nicely along 👌 can't wait till next video have a great week 😀
SHE IS SICK thanks for showin Waffles RC 🫡
Definitely paint the grille silver. Trust me.. it will look much better and atand out. The fine detail will show with it silver or chrome..
Amazing job sir!!!!!!!!!! Can't wait until next week!!!!

Dam this thing is looking wicked great work man 😊
You can use the program card to change direction of the motors
That’s gonna be sick to see moving and hauling stuff man
Awesome build!! I like your fab skills, if they don’t make it well build it ourselves!!
Dude you are so relatable, and talented. I always look forward to your videos. This thing is going to be great.
Thank you very much!!
Great build! Maybe put a motorcycle behind the headache rack?
Awesome job !
"drive shaft now short by… 3 inches". LOL, too funny. Awesome build.
Thank you very much!! Sometimes you have a plan in your head to change things, but then forget about all the parts it will affect hahaha
Love your videos.

Looking awesome man!
Thanks for the motivation! I guess I’ll get back to my peterbilt 1/10 wrecker build this weekend !
Hahaha I bet that's going to look awesome!!
The driveshafts thing is mind boggling great job figuring it out, it's going to be awesome! Thanks for sharing.
Thank you very much!!!

Thank you very much!!. I will definitely let you know if I do something like that as I get further into the build.
This a WILD TRUCK, and I am Nut's about it.
Thank you very much Willie!! Always love hearing from you!!
Yo bro,
Nice custom, good job!
😂 I gotta go watch from the beginning🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
I would have put the mesh on the headache rack like the grill
Cant wait to see it zacklifted
Hey brother it is looking really good it's going to be really nice when you get it all finished
Thank you very much!!!
Brother u should cut the doors and windows out that would be awesome and I was going to say u should build a low boy
Nice looks really good and I'm not a 100percent but to have the gears moving the same wouldn't u have to have one motor facing forward and one motor facing backwards to get the gears moving the same way I dunno just from looking at it in my head kinda seems that way....
I single 4 output transfer case would of done it a lot easier .1 in from motor the other three for drive shafts to axles .
Not all sheet metal use the screen on for a section of it
Looks great. Are you going to use plexiglass for the windshield?
I actually am not because I don'tplan on doing an interior. I have a different plan to at least give it some depth.

dang i clicked on the vid for the dog and there wasnt one lmao
Where did u get carrier bearing
What wheels and tires of you don't mind me asking
The wheels are Hobbysoul 2.2 and the tires are called Redspider. Both I got off of Amazon.
Can you link the wheels you bought for the truck?
amzn.to/48yQTyn i think you asked last week as well so I'm very sorry about that.
That's hobbywing 880. Sorry, dang auto correct... Lol
What size wire are using to weld with?
For this I am using .025 because of the sheet metal.
Why did you,not put all the under the braces to limit a mess I mean it is your build. …
There is so much drive shaft phasing all wrong with each shaft something is going to be working against each other.
