Hi Jamie and everyone in the Miqedem Band, I thank the Lord God Almighty for raising you up in and for this generation at this time! As I was listening to your proclamation over and over again in the unique musicality that the LORD has gifted you all with, Jeremiah 6:16 came to me - while the Lord has gifted you all with bountiful musical talents, the ANOINTING comes from your OBEDIENCE to "walk in the old paths where the good way is" with the gifts and talents He has bestowed upon each of you ! May the Lord Yeshua continue to give you all HIS GRACE to look neither to the left nor to the right, but to be focused on worshiping HIM "in spirit and truth" (John 4:24) . HIS word is truth (John 17:17! Your music not only blesses the Body of the Lord Jesus Christ, it blesses the Heart of YHWH!

You misunderstand the Tanakh and the Most High. Try reading the Tanakh from its own perspective instead of coming to it from the Greek so-called 'New' Testament. I love Miqedem's 2 albums...this and a later one that I have. They are singing from the Tanakh and I affirm the lyrics from the Psalms and Prophets. They seem to misunderstand, however, ---(like most of us have)--- that there is no ultimate Savior apart from YHWH and no NEW covenant in the sense Christians have been led to believe. The Torah is forever and will not change. Jeremiah said nothing new that was not already in the Torah...however, he does not include the assumptions made widely in the Greek New Testament or its protagonist, popularly known as 'Jesus.' In fact, Jesus simply means that YHWH is our salvation - and Jesus, son of Mary, was never officially anointed so is in fact not titled a messiah of Israel ... but sadly, we have been led to believe otherwise. Seek YHWH. Look more deeply into his Torah and the Tanakh. Blessings.
@Ambassador for the Kingdom of Israel I loved Jesus fervently when I was a unitarian christian because I believed him to be about the Father's business. I now find him to be duplicitous, at best.
Response to the 2 verses you cited:
[Jhn 5:43 KJV] 43 I am come in my Father's name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive.
How about John 6.53-58? Since when are we permitted to think or talk this way since YAH expressly commanded that his covenant keepers/Israel are not to eat blood? And where can we find a trace or hint of the John 6.53-58 concept in the Tanakh? Where can we find another prophet using a similar tactic or strategy? I am permitting a broader scope than Torah allows us simply to enable you see that a true prophet of YAH would not claim such a thing. Thus John 6.53f invalidates the John 5.43 claim outright since it allows us to see that the John 5.43 claim is false. In fact, your Matthew 5.17-20 verses agree.
Isaiah 53. I used to also associate that with Jesus but Joseph the 11th son of Jacob is a better fit in every way. The speakers could be Joseph's brothers saying those things of him. Or Judah saying the same of his (still) exiled brothers.
What's more, that same Joseph's son, Ephraim, represents the collective Northern and exiled tribes of Israel, and are literally about whom we read. What I mean is to say that Isaiah 53 is about the collective Ephraim/Israel/the exiled tribes of the northern kingdom as far as I can tell. The speakers in this case could be seen as Judah Kingdom, the tribe(s) that was spared that particular exile.
All 12 tribes should have been exiled as Judah also was later said to behave badly, if not worst. In that case, Ephraim is the the one who got caught, so to speak, and was exiled (though not forever) because he threatened his brother Judah and worst, formed a confederacy with outsiders against Judah... the Most High at that time had to protect Judah (Isaiah 7)... plus he'd had enough of collective Ephraim's (Israel's) shenanigans, in spite of Judah's own imperfections: But has not given up on any of the tribes.
Jesus, son of Mary - was buried in a brand new, never before used tomb...so could not be said to have made his grave with the wicked etc. Not only that, the passage has not at any time admitted characters outside of the Tanakh. You'll need to find Jesus' (son of Mary) point of entry into the narrative, and the exit of Israel/Ephraim in order to invalidate Ephraim and admit Jesus.
@Ambassador for the Kingdom of Israel Good to make your acquaintance. I am your kin but probably not from Judah... though nothing that I know definitely. I am much more sure of my Israel roots and heritage than I am of the specific tribe.
I hear what you are saying. Moslems believe in Jesus (son of Mary)... as a prophet from the Most High. I can deal with that provided it is true.
The points I am making is simply to examine whether the Greek NT and its claims are true, since it so liberally claims to be the fulfillment of the Tanakh & Torah.
What do you believe concerning "Yahshua Messiah" and why? Please limit your references to Torah, Tanakh (and the NT). I agree the name YAHOSHUA means that YAH is salvation. But why do you call the son of Mary Messiah? Was he anointed with the prescribed oil that Aaron and his sons, or the Kings of Israel were?
Can you find me one clear passage or verse in the Tanakh where the Most High speaks specifically concerning Jesus, or through any of YAH's prophets?

@Ambassador for the Kingdom of Israel First off, I want to say that my issue is not with MOST of those who believe in Jesus/Yahshua son of Mary in some fashion or other. so if I press in, it is not against you It is intended merely to get at the truth for all who care about YAH's truth according to the Torah, firstly. Those are the instructions and words that we must not add to or diminish. I am just questioning the GNT book and its writers and people like the Nicene group who almost so effectively succeeded in swaying so many of us and our ancestors away from the Most High's true covenant with a book and claim that upon deeper scrutiny does not stand. At all. Genesis 18.19, Jeremiah 6.16. We are after the WAY of YHWH God. Not the way of Jesus son of Mary, since Jesus' way -- and even its CONCEPT of the cross and human sacrifice for the forgiveness of sins, or the son of God from Heaven, is nowhere found in the Torah or Tanakh.
Do you realize that in Revelation 5.12-13 THE CREATED, son of Mary Jesus, is worshipped with the same worship given The CREATOR, YHWH God? What gives? And we are led to think that he has the power to forgive sins, and that we can pray to him as we do matchless Adonai YHWH God. ALL of which you will never find any YAH-loving saint in the Tanakh doing.

a. We are obviously all created by YAH and so all his children...especially when we keep his covenant, regardless of ethnicity. In that sense, Jesus son of Mary is like all of us.
b. However, YAH refers to the collective people of Israel specifically as 'My Son.' c. And then he refers to the anointed royals as 'My Son,' IF they keep his covenant. I believe he refers to Ephraim too similarly...and Ephraim is also a royal since it is from that tribe that YAH chose Jeroboam and gave him similar promises as he gave to his beloved David.
Outside of these contexts, Jesus has no special claim about being 'the son of God' in the sense Christianity teaches from the GNT. And the virgin birth thing is entirely a GNT concept...another serious misinterpretation of Isaiah 7.14 or 9.6.
The world has been thought to read the Tanakh and MISinterpret it ACCORDING to the GNT's claims! The question is, was it a deliberate subversion of truth or were the disciples ignorant of the scriptures, and so victims of clever charlatans themselves? That is possible because many brilliant and literate people have been misled up until our time...when the Most High obviously has decided to help us out and break the hold.
"1-10 in Isaiah" - I am going to read those passages again today just so I don't miss anything new, but I can tell you that the son of Mary is not in there. He is not anywhere in the entire Tanakh. Many of us who have now turned solely to the Torah did so only after diligently searching and seeing that the two books and their objectives are unrelated.
Ambassador for the Kingdom of Israel, May I suggest that the best approach is that we continue to examine the doctrines of the GNT against the Tanakh's, as we have done so far for a fair assessment? Let me read your other comments.

Part of the new pact is about forgiving Sins (reference Jeremiah 31, this song is also from Jeremiah 31). Bible clearly explains how that was done.
Taking reference from the old testament
Jeremiah 31:34 - For I will forgive their wickedness and will remember their sins no more.
Isaiah 53: 5,6 -
But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon him, and by his wounds we are healed.6 We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to his own way; and the LORD has laid on him the iniquity of us all.
In other words, pact was fulfilled by forgiving sins which came from death of the Messiah. The Messiah is Jesus of Nazareth
