The villas are all allocated the day before you arrive. You don't even know what area you will be staying in when you book the holiday. All of the villas are owned by third parties and not owned by Tui hence why you don't know where you will be staying.
Do you have to pay a fee or deposit thanks
As far as I can recall we were sent a link to the villa app and had to put in credit card details just in case something got damaged

A little bit but we don’t mind driving so it wasn’t a problem. Would of been nicer to be a little bit closer to Disney
