The devils lost Nico for a month and the whole lineup got messed up. They’ve won 4/5 or 4/6 of the games since he’s been back. Yea goaltending needs to be cleaned up but the injury bug has bitten them so bad too. Can’t believe this guy was drafted after Jack Hughes. He looks 40.
On the Devils. Jack is an Alternate Captain not assistant. I'm so tired of hearing people talk about the goaltending. But no one is saying what goalie were supposed to get. Where's this magic goalie? Not realistic to expect these goalies you're talking about to move. Hypotheticals are fine for a pod but totally useless in real life. There's a lot of issues with defense from the D and the forwards. And tons of injuries from the Captain to Jack to the blue line. You guys I'm seriously disappointed in how you simplified this complicated situation into "they're bad get a goalie and fire the coach".
