i dunno why but this song gives me a nostalgic feel.. like it makes me think back to when i was in kindergarten and in elementary school and i started making friends and things were so safe. i remember walking to the blacktop at school and breathing in the cold crisp air while being zipped up in my favorite teal puffer jacket, and meeting my old best friends. i also remember the warm afternoons and running excitedly past a playground and field scattered with trees to recess and racing my friends. now i don't have any friends in real life.
