      Gary Tyler is another inspirational man who was in the same boat, he's worth reading up on. He got 41 years after narrowly avoiding the electric chair at 17, all because of race. He got out finally in 2016 and in his interviews, he just sounds really forgiving about it and not angry at all, I can't believe it. Better person than I would've been, for sure. I think he's working to help youth groups now.

    everyone involved in the prosecution n sentencing of this man should be legally liable n sent to prison for the same 30+ year's this man spent n then I guarantee you that when judges n prosecutors handle death penalty cases they'll make damn sure the case isn't pushed forward until they know for sure the man is guilty because when they know they will have to pay for what they've done if they unlawfully prosecute n send to prison or death row an innocent man because that's the problem with the legal system is that these prosecutors and judges aren't held liable for the wrong they've done and while I know God will judge n punish these wicked men n woman of the legal system which intentionally harm n cause so much pain n suffering to mankind the truth is I believe these people need to be held accountable in this world now for crimes against humanity as these God damned wicked serpent snakes have operated with virtual immunity for so long that's it's gotta stop this is atrocious n absolutely disgusting

    • @MeMe-xx5qs
      @MeMe-xx5qs 8 років тому +3

      don't get me wrong people I fully support decent civil rule of law where we need the system to hold people accountable such as murderers, rapists, child molesters, drug dealers who sell drugs to kids, basically anyone who lives their lives in such a way that they cause harm or loss to another with the intent to harm, but when it comes to innocent people and or defendants with no victim such as men or woman who can't pay child support because their poor or whatever who are consistently being sent to jail and or prisons because of money money money is absolutely disgusting and all those who operate the system which sends peole to jail or prison for victimless crimes need to be held accountable and sent to prison themselves as their using the fact that crime is commercially motivated through the private prison industrial complex where crime is prosecuted based on financial incentives and financial motives needs to stop as the entire system needs to be abolished and the people need to reform a just, lawful, and righteous legal system where every crime requires a victim and whenever a judge sentences someone to jail or prison who is innocent they need to be sent to prison, and the same thing when a prosecutor intentionally prosecutes an innocent man or woman unlawfully and unjustifiably needs sent to prison BASICALLY THE JUDGES N PROSECUTORS HAVE TO LOSE THE IMMUNITY THEIR CLOAKED IN WHICH ALLOWS FOR BAD JUDGES N BAD PROSECUTORS because this undermines the entire system and causes pain n suffering to far too many innocent men and women

      I get what he is saying. The presumption of innocence means the verdict of “not guilty” is not the same as being proven innocent. Mr Hinton was realeased because the prosecution realesedthe qualityof evidence was such the prosecution could not prove guilt beyond reasonable doubt. That doesn’t mean someone is innocent.
      OJ Simpson is a classic example. The jury thought there was reasonable doubt in his criminal case. Iin a civil case the standard of proof is lower, you only need to show guilt on the balance of probabilities (or the evidence is a person is more likely than not, to have committed the act. A court found against OJ in the civil case because of the lower standard.
      Personally I think that the state of evidence is such, that even at the civil standard the prosecution would find it difficult to make a case.

      i read his book. the base was a few bailiffs lied and claimed they heard him say he knew how to cheat a polygraph. that prevented the polygraph he took the proved him innocent to be admitted into the trial. also, a man (who worked at the restraint where the final crime took place) who had a grudge with hinton over a girl lied and said he asked for specific information about the restaurant and the manager. also, the prosecution’s ballistics experts lied and said the bullets from the crimes came from hinton’s mother’s gun (which hadn’t been shot in decades, which the police noticed when they first took it from the house). all of the prosecution’s evidence was false.

    For those who were involved in sending an innocent man to death row and ensuring he stayed on death row for 30 years: HOW CAN YOU LIVE WITH YOURSELF AND SLEEP PEACEFULLY AT NIGHT?

      Some souls have no CONSCIENCE.
      This is called Psychopathy, hence the reasons why a "Judicial system"
      was constructed on this collective dark consciousness.
