I just ran across this video again and, daggone it, you/it made me cry all over again. I still can't watch these without crying. I hope Honor and Glory (and Freedom and Liberty. and DC1) are healthy and happy little juvies, being their silly selves with other bald eagles! :)

Since a parent just flew off, I wonder if Glory got his/her half eaten dinner. lol
How can you tell the difference between them? Please explain as I can't tell Also some great shots, especially of the ones with Honor under the nest.
Honor has a beauty mark on her beak. When she had her foot caught and was rescued, a blood test was done and she is a female. I try to look at the size between the two but it is hard with both of them moving a lot. So, I look for the mark on the right side of the beak, it is very noticeable. But I have been watching them since they hatched. Honor is very dominating and bossey and Glory is very submissive, but it seems they look out after one another.
thank you I've been watching quite a while and missed her foot getting caught, so glad they rescued her and saved her. More than other eagle babies I've really enjoyed these two-yes they do seem to have a special bond between them.
they were called DC 4(HONOR) and DC5(Glory) before they were named.
