Introducing...The Suminagashi Series
The inspiration for this design is called Suminagashi or "floating ink" which is a Japanese paper marbling technique where swirl patterns can be created by dropping ink on the surface of water and then placing paper on top to lift the ink creating a unique and truly beautiful effect.
