As much as id like to hide it, i get pretty emotional at the end. Every gamer knows the feeling of saying goodbye to a friend. Most of will never know eachother in the real world. Its sad. I have never played DayZ before. And i have no idea why this was in my recommended, but boy did i enjoy watching this story.
The editing, the storytelling, the musical enhancement. That really wholesome ending made me smile all over the place. Almost felt like watching Breaking Bad but with a Happy End. The way you all parted ways at the end was kinda heartbreaking and the kind note you left to that survivor probably made him the heir to your empire and one really happy boy.
That's some REAL accomplishment.

This is a highly modded server, I believe it's a "rearmed" server. Regardless I highly HIGHLY recommend you give it a shot. The one thing UA-cam videos on dayz don't capture too well is the player interactions. I promise you won't be disappointed.
It's quite a complex game so if you ever do download it I'd be more than happy to run with you for a while till you get the ropes. Just let me know and I'll give you my steam number.

A lot of player interaction is just getting shot at, which sucks (depending on what side of the gun you're on), but a lot of those moments where you get to talking with someone, travel with them, share food with them, etc. are unforgettable. I didn't experience this personally, but I heard a story from someone about how they managed to befriend and travel with a group a Spanish speakers without speaking any Spanish, or them speaking and English; the only way they could communicate was gesturing. They just bumped into each other and didn't part until they died

What a production! Reminds me of a cartel me and my friends ran on a server ages ago. It took a lot longer than a matter of days to become as profitable as you guys though, the competition was heavy, we’d face raiding attempts every day, sometimes many times a day, it was ruthless. We struggled to make a name for ourselves and lost it all more than once, starting from scratch. But things like this on servers are always really good fun, it’s always a journey

I just came upon this video on my UA-cam algorithm today, and I gotta say it did not disappoint. The journey, man, oh my god it was so good. And the part where you and your associates bid farewell, I don't know why but it kinda felt nostalgic you know? That reminded me of me and my friends back in the days, when we were kids, used to play outside all the time, and everytime the sun sets, we say our goodbyes to each other, and play the next day, I truly miss those days, I'll tell you that. This was so good to watch , especially because on our server we use the same school building next to balota for our base, never been raided in 3 wipes it’s literally un raid-able you have to go through two doors at the front then the massive courtyard so there’s no chance , great story man

Do a little research my dude. The servers Josh plays on are heavily modded. They are not what you'd get on the vanilla servers which are hardcore and have none of the crazy guns and weed and traders.

The production you put into your videos is Grade A , i feel like i'm watching a real movie, editing on point, music, characters, story and writing. Taking unscripted journeys and turning them into a movie is beyond impressive keep the videos up and you'll be a star in no time.
