    Excellent advice! All of that sounds correct.
    For vegans/vegetarians or for anyone else with lactose intolerances, I’d recommend almond milk as a replacement.
    For the beef? If you’re looking for a complete protein, I’d suggest rice and beans, peanuts, peanut butter (which is what I add my bananas to) or hummus. It’s not portioned right to compete with the likes of meat, so if you choose to cut out meat, then count your proteins. Meat is a quick and easy protein boost, so I’ll never knock it. ✊
    Nice segment!

    Fish oil like other fat has 7 calories per gram... So you feel satiated.. But you haven't really eaten many calories... You can't get there if you don't eat enough... And fish makes that hard to do.
    Milk is for baby cows.. It's fine if you want the fat and calories... But it doesn't grow muscle
    90/10 or 80/20 or 70/30...it just doesn't make a difference because all the extra protein is converted to a carbohydrate via gluconeogenesis... And fat doesn't make you fat..(processed) sugar makes you fat
    Sauerkraut had magical properties... Lol.. Sure it does.
    If you just do the three things well... Train with intensity, get 8 hours of sleep and eat a surplus of good macronutrients you'll see amazing gains...
    There's no magic foods, there's no tricks.. Just rest, training and calories..stop believing this shit.

    • @shahidnyker2900
      @shahidnyker2900 Рік тому

      @@dsdrills6293 make them. Some of the things i did in high school:
      Filled a backpack with textbooks till it got really heavy. Then carried it in one arm for about 25 meters. Keeping my body standing straigh and my core rigid. Really breathing outward and expanding the core so that i have real strong core stability. The i transfer the back to the other hand and walk back the other 25m with the same upright posture. Do that 10 times each way and you'll really feel your core the next day.
      Another way is to take that backpack and essentially do a deadlift but holding the backpack in one arm only. By having weight in only one arm, you're really pulling in your core in order to keep your body straight so that you dont fall over to one side. Make sure you're breathing out properly. Do the valsava manouver. And the whole time, imagine that you're actually doing a proper deadlift with one both arms on a barbell, even though you're just doing it with a backpack in one hand. that'll help your form. Do 5 reps on each side for 4 sets and you'll really feel your core the next day too.
      You also want to train in rotation because there is a lot of cutting in soccer. Plenty of bodyweight exercises you can do for that
