Yo Sibu, I am probably late to the party. My friend got me that book in 2021, and coming into 2023 it helped and is helping with getting rid things which made/make me lazy in my place. I sold my very nice L couch and got occasional chairs, my productivity is improving. I sold my personal computer a month ago too, I read more now. One key take away was that disciplined people do not have to fight temptations, they eliminate temptations. And that is what I am doing.

This book is one of the best self-help books I've read, simply because it's so practical and James shares examples that are relevant to the normal guy. Love love love.
My fave line on building a habit, ‘Never miss twice, if you miss one day make sure you get back on track the next day.’ I feel like you could also apply this to many different situations in life.
Love it my brother but there is no such thing as too much tv or video games. Sorry 😂
