Just go to the MTR Station and use the OCTUPOS CARD (make sure enough yung amount ng load) para you guys can ride a trip going to TUNG CHUNG STATION (pinakadulo sya, after ng Sunny Bay Station kung saan located ang Disneyland). Then proceed to CITY GATES MALL, the grocery is just located sa pinaka lower na floor.
