I agree he is a great journalist.
If he only desist from foolish questions it would be better.Asking questions regarding what any one else is doing or saying is a sheer waste of time and irrelevant.The overwhelming desire to trap the opponent one way or other is a damper.Hypotetical questions mar the programme and fail to bring out those ideas which public wants to know.Bold lady. Pandey's trick failed.Why he is persistent with silly questions of no value and never appreciates the pointed reply and changes subject to come back to the same matter in a different way later

Perfect sharp, clear cut, straight answers. hats off to Nirmala sitharaman. Also, Pandey couldn't able to pull her leg like he do with usual TN politicians. Need her to be TN CM candidate from BJP. looking at her profile in Wikipedia and being a well educated lady she might control the corrupted officers and administration in TN, which is in need for us. The way she said about Coimbatore is exactly true.. she knows so deep still about TN and every place whats good and where. i felt happy having one such minister. b'cos i have watched so many/almost all arguments in TN media, Andhra, NDTV, Times now.. among all i feltl she answered one of the best.. Nirmala Sitharaman spoke clear and well, she knew what she was talking about. We need more educated people like her in Indian politics.
Minister is really good. Wish to have her in T N politics more active. RP as usual good but a little refining may be required so that his knowledgeable probing questions in conversation with Ministers could be more in cooperative mode to elicit clarifications and informations for the benefit of citizens than a combative one like opposing lawyers in a court to win in an argument.

I am impressed by her clear and candid replies. Pandey should have asked more questions on Vypam, Sushma swaraj issues and issues on prohibition.She is very articulate and did not yield to any of the catchy questions.Pandey also did well.

Very good interview, both the host and guest expressed their views equally well, however, it also gave an insight of how the center segregates parties as being the state parties and central parties with a presumption that state parties are confined to their single state/locale while the central parties are spread in a larger scale. Wish the South Indian state parties come together and commune at a larger scale to become stronger against their odds therefore they could have a PM candidate from the south in future.
She said petrol prices were brought down 11 times and took credit for that forgetting the fact that petrol was decentralized and GOI had no role to play, interviewer missed on that. One more question could have been Why is that there three oil companies and all the three are government owned companies when they are all selling at the same price wasting money on advertisement in the name of competition? ?!!!!!

Language is a tool for communication. I am a Tamilian who is very proud of my language's history and I also speak 4 other languages apart for Tamil. It does not make Tamil any less because I speak other languages. Stop imposing your insecurity on Tamil. Tamil's greatness will always remain irrespective of other languages' greatness.
Also, I dont understand this mindset of learning English which is not an Indian language but not learning a fellow Indian language (not just Hindi but something like Kannada or Telegu or Malayalam or Bengali). Hindi is discussed greatly because you can survive in any part of India with basic knowledge of Hindi. If you dont want to learn, fine but dont stop others from learning it.
Vidya Shankar Wonderful reply Vidyaji.All the politicians who talk about Tamil get their children well educated in Hindi and English while blocking the same for common public for vote bank politics.More then 60percent of Tamil population has to go out of the state for job or business and our state is unique even all other southern states are learning Hindi.Language is only a medium no one can impose anything on anyone.With Hindi one can manage any part of India.When I was posted in the north I was not knowing Hindi and I suffered a lot before I learnt it the hard way.Now I know 4 languages I am really benefitted.The politicians if the state has fooled us not because they are clever but we educated people are dumb.If any one from TN has reservations against Hindi let them learn some other north Indian languages.We have no objection in learning French German Chinese languages but don't want to learn Indian languages

wonderful interview. Pandey was got stuck. but it's very nice .I used to work in dubai hindi is a common communication language there even Arabic thay speaking hindi even Philippines , srilankan, Bangladeshi, Egyptian, Nepali everyone speaking hindi. up course tamil is our mother language and we have second language english British language. they happy to study english but they don't want to study hindi what a stupid political in tamil nadu. we don't want to get 100 out of 100 in hindi. at least we need to study for communication that's my opinion. and I hope bjp will take care all the religious in india. congress have nothing to complain against bjp so that they making drama with religions
