I have the same tool to mark swags also. It came in 2 sizes and is made of pink plastic. I bought them new in 1996 when I got into cake decorating. Yes they are a Wilton product. I was recently surprised to see that Hobby Lobby and Michaels dont carry Wilton anymore. ( I stopped doing cakes 15 years ago and am just getting back in a limited way so I've been out of the loop). Cake decorating has changed so much. No art to it anymore. Its just ice the cake and blobs of swirls and glitter. Your work is unique and love the traditional victorian style cake style.
