I teach literature all the time. It’s fun to be able to review the stages and have it as a reference for me in the future. Thank you for all your hard work, sir.
Dr Shady, I have a question 🤔 When teaching poetry for the first time for grade 7 students as they have no prior knowledge about the figurative language in terms of the figures of speech and the sound devices, which stages should I follow to simplify the poetic terms????

Thanks dear Mr Shady for your spectacular video ,I got benefit so far,but I have some enquiries . First , when we will introduce the poem paraphrase, the literary devicesand the poet .
Thank you a lot Mr. Shady i was really in need for that 🌸🤩 I have a question please 🌸 Usually when we teach literature there are many blocking expressions for the students and even for us as teacher specially, the old English ones so, the question is should we "pre-teach" these expressions or terms in advance !??
Really appreciate your prestigious efforts, Dr Shady But I have a question, should I ask my students these questions after discussing the lead in and exposing them to the text of the poem ? Sorry, but I am a little bit confused 😕
May God bless you Mr shady

You can introduce the literary devices in the language focus section. The paraphrasing part can happen in the close reading part.
what a bout pre-teaching vocab?
Thank you a lot Mr. Shady i was really in need for that 🌸🤩
